Well, Gatehouse Bank are offering preferential rates for buy to let properties with good energy efficiency.
Landlords purchasing or refinancing a property with an A or B energy efficiency rating will benefit from a reduction on the interest rate.
Gatehouse will also bank will also continue to offset the carbon footprint of the property for the duration of a customer remaining in the property. This is subject to their property meeting the required EPC rating.
To be eligible, properties will need to come with a suitable Energy Performance Certificate.
